Anjali Devi Biography
Anjali Devi is a South Indian actress and producer. 

ANJALI
She was born on 24 August 1927 and belongs to  Peddapuram, in Andhra Pradesh. Anjali has married music director  P. Adinarayana Rao and is settled in Chennai. Actress Saila Rao is her grand daughter.

ANJALI'S CAREER

As an actress
In 1936 she appeared in a minor role in Raja Harishchandra and then played the lead role in  L. V. Prasad's  Kashtajeevi. She is famously known for playing Sita in Lava Kusha and her performances in films like Suvarna Sundari and Anarkali were also appretiated.

She has acted in more than 350 films which also includes Telugu, Tamil and Kannada language films.Brundavanam (1992), Anna Vadina (1993) and Police Alludu (1994) are few last films of her film career. In Balaiah's Police Alludu and Anna Vadina she appeared alongside Brahmanandam.

Aa a producer
In 1955 she produced hit film Anarkali where she herself played the lead role of Anarkali alongwith superstar Akkineni Nageshwara Rao as Salim. Then she produced V. Madhusudan Rao's Bhakta Tukaram and also Chandipriya by the same director. Bollywood actress Jayapradha played the lead role in her film Chandipriya alongside Shobhan Babu and Chiranjeevi.  

ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2005 the actress was honored with the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award for her contribution to Telugu film industry. She also received the  ANR National Award in 2007.

Arthi Agarwal was born on 5th March in New Jersey, U.S.A. When she was fourteen years old, she got a opportunity to move on stage with Sunil Shetty. This prompted her to take acting training at Cours Florent. She has a sister Adithi, who has also acted in movies like Gangotri.

Arthi Agarwal made her first appearance in Bollywood with Paagalpan (2001) which went ignored. She got an offer to act in the Telugu movie Nuvvu Naaku Nachav (2001), directed by K.Vijaya Bhaskar. She was cast opposite Venkatesh and the movie did well at the box office.
In 2002, she had another hit in hand with Indra, which also starred Sonali Bendre and Chiranjeevi. In Vasantham (2003), she teamed up with Venkatesh again. She played Shriya Saran’s supporter in Nenunnanu (2004). She even worked in the Tamil Picture Bambara Kannaley (2005).
